What is GFI?

“Get Fit India” is the world’s first fitness reality show on the web! The GFI team will conduct an extensive national hunt [Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkatta, and Mohali]. Through this hunt, 30 participants will be selected keeping in mind a mix of health, weight and wellness issues.

Here’s a little bit about experts associated with Revital GFI:

Munira Jawadwala Kawad, heads Training and Sports Nutrition at Gold’s Gym. She is also the key lecturer and Head of Department at Gold’s Gym University [GGU]; her core subjects are basic nutrition, supplementation, sports nutrition, energy systems and cardio vascular regulation.

Huzefa Lokhandwala, is the Training Head at Gold’s Gym. He trains every fitness trainer at Gold’s Gym India. Huzefa excels in posture correctional techniques and is an expert at creating functional training workouts; he is able to coordinate exercises that enhance balance, coordination and stabilisation.
