Jeffrey Kottler

Jeffrey Kottler is a professor of counseling at California State University, Fullerton and the author of more than 80 books including Travel That Can Change Your Life. He is the co-founder of Empower Nepali Girls which provides scholarships to lower caste girls who are academically gifted. Jeffrey happened to be visiting India with a group of students doing service projects during the time this article was submitted. He is currently traveling around the world with 600 students on Semester at Sea, an academic voyage that seeks to change students’ lives through transformative travel experiences.
