Gangaram Das has been practicing meditation and yoga since 1967. He became a student of Jagad Guru Siddhaswarupananda in 1970 and was initiated by A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami in 1971. He has been practicing yoga in his daily life and spreading the gift he was given ever since. He has taught yoga and meditation in Asia, Africa, Hawaii and the West Coast of America. He believes spiritual understanding starts with understanding our true nature, that we are spirit in essence and therefore material things cannot truly satisfy us.
