From Wellness to Wellbeing

Wellness is perceived as fitness and diet whereas wellbeing is having a wonderful life in all its dimensions - physical, emotional, social [relationships] and spiritual. Time  for corporate wellbeing programmes rather than a corporate wellness ones?
