Therapists from METTAA Foot Spa: The massages at the retreat are by therapists from this unique spa, where sightless magic is offered. Every therapist at Mettaa is a visually impaired individual who has been expertly such that their hands see even further than eyes. Mettaa is a Pali word that translates as “loving kindness”. Reflexology is the act of applying pressure to the feet with specific finger, and hand techniques on “reflex points” that relate to specific organs and glands in the body. A session with these therapists is guaranteed to reduce stiffness, improve immunity and accelerate mental, physical and spiritual healing.
