Thanks! yes I agree the phone has become an extension of ourselves. Best to keep it away from the bed so that you are not tempted to check it first thing in the morning.]]></description>

Great post. I agree it&#039;s important to wake up with gratitude mindset, but many a time, our mind takes over on the problems we are dealing with. Also, I&#039;m trying hard to avoid using my phone as soon as I wake up. It has become very addictive to check notifications and emails in the morning.
