My height is 5.3 inches &amp; weight 70 kilos .As i am over weight , i started doing exercising regularly - 6 day a week &amp; i stoped eating junk foods &amp; road side food items and also avoided fried items , sweets , chocolates etc. but still i am unable to loose weight . I eat rice at lunch and rotis at dinner.I am just confused what to avoid and what to eat . i saw in health shows to loose weight , one need to eat only rotis and avoid rice completely till u loose weight . is it a good procedure . i dont want to loose weight in a unhealthy way . kindly suggest me what to eat to loose weight in a healthy way .... eagerly waiting for ur reply ..

I have no time to go for a walk even, does trademill help me reducing weight?with sugar free diet.
