					<description><![CDATA[The toughest part about forgiving somebody is to really let go of &#039;the excuse to blame someone else for your problems&#039;. It&#039;s far more satisfying to hate the person who has wronged you than to think warm and fuzzy thoughts about them! Sometimes i fool myself into believing that i have forgiven someone...but i&#039;m not so sure that it&#039;s fully and finally over.

But self-forgiveness! That&#039;s another story altogether. i don&#039;t even think we&#039;re all aware of all the zillion little things we need to forgive ourselves for.]]></description>
