Help
Complete Wellbeing site is on its way to become a wellbeing portal which informs you and helps you to change your lifestyle for your complete wellbeing. Currently it is a collection of wellbeing articles on topics that cover the whole sphere of your wellbeing. To avoid information overload and help you absorb the rich information at a gentle pace, we try to publish one article per day. However, sometimes that ratio might sway a bit.
Moving around
This site has two main navigation bars. The topmost navigation leads to you meta information about this site and the people behind it. You will also find link to this Help page there. The other navigation bar, just below the logo, hosts various topics under which the articles on this site are classified. Use these to your content to browse around.
You can read all articles by a writer by visiting his/her profile on this site. Every article carries link to the writer's profile. Or you can check out the list of our esteemed writers.
Complete Wellbeing is also building a set of articles, called compilations, around specific topics, e.g., diabetes, pregnancy, kids, etc. You will find a list of these compilations on the home page. This is work under progress, and we want to empower you to create your own compilations.
Staying updated
The best way to ensure that you get to read all the articles is to use the feed (What is feed?) published by this site. If you do not want to be bothered by technology machinery, we can send these articles to your Inbox as well. Just enter your email address in the text box under the section "STAY CONNECTED" in the sidebar, and voila!
If you are not interested in all the articles, you can choose to subscribe topic specific or writer specific feeds. For example, the topic Hygiene has its own feed. You can find such feeds on the topic page or the writer page, usually associated with the feed icon
.

Suggestions and Feedback
We are keen to hear what you think about this site. Your suggestions and complaints are welcome.
